1-exactly right, and I am, and always will be, proud of them all! I'm so glad you had a nice lunch, mmmm salmon salad sounds good! I do the same with the chef's salad the local pizza place has, I take 3/4 of it home, it's so big, and I have lunch for the next few days. Glad to hear you got out for your walk, not much snow, you're right.
Glad you're happy with your haircut, I still haven't been able to cut mine, I look horrible with short hair. :)
Zak: we've all fallen off, but we have to learn to reregister our minds to think certain ways. Sometimes if I'm tempted, I think of something I really really dislike, and I try to imagine what I'm wanting tastes like that (it does help). You can also find something that you really treasure and think to yourself...do I want to be there for when they're older; or will I be there for her wedding, his sports events, etc etc. If you think about yourself no longer around because of some medical problem due to being a larger weight, that sometimes helps, too.
BUT you have to find out what that one thing is; do you keep a journal of your food? Do you use the nutritional area of this site (that really helps me, too); think about all the things you can change, drinking more water, etc. and go from there. We're here for you, but only YOU can make that change.
Also, use short term goals, like "I'll eat this many carbs for a week", then lower it for the next week. Maybe try doing it gradually. You can do this, I HAVE FAITH IN YOU!! Stay strong, not only for you, but for all of us..we are a team together!
