Hi,

On the far right (I do weights) after you put the reps and weights, there is a box on the far right where you put the time/minutes. (If you're speaking of the fitness area here on SP.) I'm not sure about anything else, but I know you can do it on here.

Btw, if you have questions, you can always come to the chat thread in this section and ask, also. though this works, too, but there are leaders who are constant on that thread and can help, also. :)

If you click under where it says reps sets and weight you can log that in. And I guess look at the clock for the time spent

So I down loaded the 30 day ab challenge and the 30 day butt challenge on my mobile device. How do I log this on my fitness tracker if it doesn't go by minutes? For example Day 1 I did 15 sit ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, and 10 second plank. When I tried to log it in my fitness tracker it required I log the minutes of each activity, but this wasn't really done by minutes. If that makes any sense. I am just trying to be as accurate as possible.
