Celebrated yesterday as am now at 71 pounds off! Since June 1st of this year have gone from 250 pounds to current 179 pounds!! Just another 50 pounds to get to my goal of 129.

Use an UpWalker when walking outside as I am very unsteady.

I am now at a 62 pound weight loss! Many things are easier to do since losing that weight. Now to get working on the next 20 pounds...one step at a time!

I have now lost a total of 147 pounds. Much of it in 2016. I stalled for years and had gastric sleeve on June 24th 2020 I have lost 64 pounds since the surgery!

I have now lost 52 pounds...most of it since June 1st and am FINALLY in ONDERLAND!! I have done it by measuring and weighing everything I eat and keeping a notebook record of everything by quantity and calories. I have increased my activity somewhat but am very limited as to what I can do physically.

hello i am a newbie

i have had cancer and a stroke, all in 5 years.
it has been a big struggle

i slowly put on weight in my fifies.
iit crept up up on me.

when i got sick the sroke made me put on more weight .
i couldn't move 115kg
went on a keto diet and went down to 62kg
now i am ging to stop the fat creep

So far I've lost 100 lbs. I weighed myself last week and it was 255! I was yellin' and Jessie thought somethan' was wrong.

It's been 2 yrs ta lose that much but I have. I have a lot ta go yet.
