Yes, taking it one day at a time is key! Start off fresh from today and not be concerned about yesterday and what you did or did not do. Move forward! The good thing is that it's in you! You have been on this journey for some time, you have all the tools necessary to be successful, and you know what it takes! You know what got you this far and what will carry you on! So, you just do it again! Once it's in you, it can't help but come out of you! :) Those are my thoughts and how I get back on track! Woohoo! #ExcitedThatIt'sInMe!!!

What I treasure most in life is being able to dream. During my most difficult moments and complex situations I have been able to dream of a more beautiful future. ..Rigoberta Menchu Tum

When I get off track, I go back to the basics. For me, that is getting my 8 glasses of water, at least 6 hours of sleep, exercise, and food tracking. I don't do it all at once though. I focus on one or two of those at a time.

I have several close friends that are on this journey with me. When life derails me, I usually talk to them b/c they always lift me up and help me get back on the track to success.

My mantra is, "day by day, step by step." I've learned that when I'm really off, that I can't go back full force, so I do a little at a time every day until it builds back up to where I was. I'm a planner and like to write so things down so I can see it, therefore I plan, plan, plan.

I just remember to take it one day at a time. Whatever I did wrong in getting off, I just start back full force and forget about getting off track and look forward.

Sorry about last weeks question.

How do you get back on track when life side tracks you?

I'm currently trying to find my answer to this.
