I hear you ladies and agree to both on how I feel. There's a couple of days where I'm so drained that all I want to do is rest. My healing takes place in the resting. Next comes that time where I got to get out and exercise. I make up for lost time and I actually feel energized! All the while drinking plenty of fluids.

What I treasure most in life is being able to dream. During my most difficult moments and complex situations I have been able to dream of a more beautiful future. ..Rigoberta Menchu Tum

I'm with KellSouth. It's nothing like an outdoors workout to clear up congestion; and you actually feel better.

I continue to exercise as long as the cold is in my head and not in my chest. I take medicine and drink lots of water and go for a run anyway! Believe it or not, my nose stops running while I run. Then when I stop, it goes again. HA!

Woohoo! It's Friday! Yea! With this change of weather, I was challenged with allergy symptoms. And now, I have been battling cold symptoms. Yuck! But been getting plenty of rest! Yea!

Question: When you are challenged with cold symptoms, how do you encourage yourself to continue to exercise? Or do you just take a break from exercising until it runs its course?
