Didn't pay much attention to those around, but I did over compensate with my dress attire to make sure that I cover everything tightly! lol

I never paid paid attention to those around me, but I was always cautious to dress in a way that my jiggles and wiggles were minimally noticeable. I was more self conscious of them than probably anyone else near me was.

I'm always self conscience when working out in front of strangers. It's that mental mind that always have us thinking that someone is looking at us. After creating my own workout room with many mirrors, It's just me, looking at my progress.

When I had a gym membership, I was really self-conscious about exercising in front of other people. I just knew they were watching everything jiggling and thinking "Ewww!". I was single at the time, so appearance (especially to the opposite sex) was very important. I became more at ease when I joined Curves.

When I started running, I didn't want anyone to see me, and I would purposely go out at 4:30am to avoid being seen. Now it bothers me a lot less, but I'm still very sensitive about the jiggle.

Sorry everyone. Crazy day. Actually, if someone would like to start taking the Tuesday question, I'd really appreciate it. Just send me a SparkMail.

When you first started your weight loss journey, how did you feel about people seeing you exercise? Did it bother you at all? How about now?
