What did you answer to today's new Mind over Matter series that started today? What is your thoughts on it?

"Today we're launching a special 10-day series called "Mind Over Body." This 10-step plan, created by SparkPeople's behavioral psychology expert Coach Dean Anderson, is designed to give you the tools you need to identify, work through, and overcome the most common emotional and mental (attitude) problems that people face when they set out to lose weight and change their lifestyles.

We're sharing one step in this series each day from May 1-10.

Would you believe me if I told you that knowing the answer to one simple question could improve your chances for weight loss success by up to 100%? Well, it's true. Here's the question:

Which of the following is the single most important factor in long-term weight loss success?

A. Calorie Counting
B. Regular Exercise
C. Starting your sentences with the pronoun "I"
D. Both a and b

The correct answer to this question is...

For me I answered A and B in doing calorie counting and exercise. I do find I need to change how I word things for myself. I'm constantly writing blogs talking about myself in the third person. I think what amazed me the most is how this not using the word 'I' can keep one in the victim mentality.
