I'm with ya on this! I lost 7 lbs in first 3 wks and now I'm stuck at 161-162 and cant seem to lose anything. I'm even working out more and tracking my food even closer! Very frustrating indeed my friend! BUT I'm not giving up! Been thinking of joining a gym, i live right next to planet fitness and as soon as the weather gets bad i think ill join. Anyway don't give up! Nice thing about SPARKPEOPLE is theres always someone or something here to motivate you. Good luck and feel free to email me. Maybe we can help motivate each other!

I do what i can with the best i got. However. along with a bitch of a partial, pt sorta, but not really GF. its kinda hard. Ya know... I have every intension of going to the gym tomorrow though. LOL. Wanna hear a joke? I thought not... Talk to ya soon homies

Its only been a few hours. I got salad and spainish rice with hot sause i made and a beer and water. The beer is unopened, but the rest will be history. :{

Welcome to Rochester Sparkers on Spark People.!!!!
Congratulations for starting this journey.
I want to caution you to try to eat a variety of foods not just the same salad, soup and sandwiches. There are lots of suggestions on the Nutrition Tracker and I encourage you to try some. I did when I first started and found one or two that have become my favorite "go to" meals when I can't think of anything to eat.

emoticon you will find everything you need right here on Spark! Take advantage of it and you will do great! I CANT eat a lot of the yummy goodies like Tahous and China buffet since I am gluten intolerant but still if you just get it out of your life and eat good, nutritious food you won't miss it as much. Look at some of the recipes here for inspiration...

Well, i joined a heath club, changed the way i shop, Ive been eating nothing but salad, soup and sandwiches. I had a relapse the other night though. Apperently, somebody left pizza in the freezer. Well, my motivation was this girl I was messing around with. She really is amazing to me. sure, a bit selfish, but I alone knew i had to get healthy to begin with. So its not really like im only loosing the fat to impress her. I consider her my motivation, but I am doing this so i can wake up in the morning and prove to myself I am worth it. BTW,, I guess i have been considered in the "your like a brother to me" category. Its kinda like watching an after school special. You cant wait to see it, then after you watch it, its like WTF??? Maybe its self confidence i lack. Not sure but either way, I gotta loose this wieght. I also have another obstical. My teeth. That is also on the for front. I will blog about that too. I guess we all got goals. My motto is EVER FORWARD. I promise though, no more country sweet, China Buffet or Nick tahoes for me. I have a pair of 32 jeans im dying to get into only because they costed me 15 bucks.
