2 miles with the hound before work, then 7 miles in the evening - 1 mile warm up, next 5 miles alternating between 7:30-9:00 min pace, then 1.5 cool down. That was yesterday. Today I did a 4 mile run at lunch, and it was faster than I wanted, but my phone and watch disagree on how fast - watch says 4.2 ish miles and phone said 4.8 - still have to compare the maps.

Tough trail run bright and early, lots of hills for 7 miles, then took the dogs with the family to one park for a 2 mile loop, then back to the trails for a flatter loop. Some batting practice and catch at another park this afternoon, and more running to chase the ball, LOL! Lots of fresh air today!

5k walk yesterday

Able to get out and walk yesterday for the first time following my injury on March 13. Completed a 5k event as a walker that I was registered to run and feeling really happy today that I was able to do so. No ill effects apparent today. Recovery progressing...
