For any newbies, I also suggest that you keep to only two or three at most habits you want to implement to start. Trying to add new habits every few days or even weeks can lead to overwhelm and giving up totally.

I commit to 1) an 8-hour or less eating window on weekdays

and 2) a clean sink before bed.
