Hey everyone,

I have been trying to get back into the lifestyle I started last year. I am very active about working out religiously, and have been eating healthy. However, at night I have major cravings for sugary foods and desserts and often indulge. I also tend to eat greater portions than I used to. Any ideas to help me out of this rut and drop the last few pounds I would like to lose?
