1.5 months, almost 2 since I got 8th place in our community Biggest Loser...I am an emotional eater who does self sabotage! I need to stop seeing that 198 lbs is a goal, and get back on my roller coaster, Onederland is not my goal, 135 and happiness is. Tuesday is another reset day, and I want to stay driven!!!!!

Back in the game again! I did well and dropped that first 25#'s ! At that same time my diabetes started going hay wire ! Giving me even a bigger challenge to deal with. For good or better, all that my doc and I have tried didn't work and I ended up in the hospital with an infection. While there they started to change all my medications and have started me on Insulin. So Today I'm starting the Diabetes Weight Loss 8 Week Challenge. for the second time. The first time there I was able to drop 14#'s in those 8 weeks. Between that challenge and this 25# challenge I'm hoping for great success once again. As I work on getting my blood sugars down and enjoy the friendships that I have found on this team. I'm sorry that I haven't been keeping up with everyone and their success, but you know where you stand and I hope that those of you that have been doing really well this quarter , will encourage use that are starting over again! Thanks everyone ! Welcome new comers !

I have been part of this group since I joined SP in 2007 (I think), and while I had some luck last year I have gained most of the weight back, but... My bff and I just started our 1 Year Challenge to take the weight off- I have between 109-123 to lose and with the goals and support I have set up I am hoping to finally do it! Today is day 4!

I feel the same PennPlax... I lost 8 pounds from the end of March to the end of April. My work kicked into high gear... 6 days a week, 12 hour days. I fell back into every old habit, gained the weight back, and am just now getting back into the swing of things. I am definitely starting over! This time, I know that it works which is a HUGE motivator!

Well I was brought back to reality today. I was doing a great walking program all through Jan/Feb of this year and then my work kicked in. I was working 70 hours per week until about 2 weeks ago. Our project is complete and I stepped on the scale and have gained 7lbs!! I was eating out and not caring about myself and only making sure my work got done. I feel pretty much like I am starting from scratch again. I will try not to kick myself too much and just get back on track and try to play some catch up,

I can do it.
