Current weigh-in: December 28, 2015 @ 245 lb (Not sure how correct this really is, but I know I am at least 240 lb and not over 250 lb.)
Goal weights: February 14, 2016 @ 220 lb.
April 2, 2016 @ 200 lb.
June 1, 2016 @ 190 lb.
August 1, 2016 @ 180 lb.
December 1, 2015 @ 170 lb.
(I do realize that 25 lbs lost in two months is a bit rough)
NOTE: At 210 lb, I am no longer obese, according to BMI.
At 179 lbs I am classified as in a healthy weight, according to the BMI charts.
I am fully aware of the problems with using BMI as a guide for my weight.
