Welcome Dazy26!
Try to track everything you eat and your exercise, it really does help.
Try to think of the big pictur if you lose 1 pound every week for 8 weeks, you will have lost 8 pounds in 2 months. The little things do add up!

Having a hard time .... I did SP a few years ago and lost 4 lbs my first week. I just start again a week ago and only lost 1 pound. I have been eating good and working out. I just don't want to get discouraged and stop.

I was 192 last thursday :( and now i'm 184 :D :D :D WOHOOO i have a healthy diet. That consist of vegetables and fruit for most of it. I'm also exercising eveery day for atleast 30 minutes.

In mid-January I was 135. I checked last week and I was 123.6. I'm hoping that I'll be able to lose about 9 pounds this summer by working out constantly and eating less.

@liveelover I hate butter too. lol. Congrats on all of the weight you have have lost so far. That is pretty amazing since the beginning of this year to lose so much. I am hoping to follow in your footsteps.

I am down to 191.8. I worked hard to get to that weight and I am hoping I will not gain any back as I have in the past three weeks. I am sure my body will try to hold on to some weight not knowing what is going on though.

Starting weight on SP Jan 1st was 268 lbs, and right now I'm 220 lbs. Meaning I've lost 48 lbs and 192 sticks of butter. That's both awesome and gross, haha. I'm not a huge fan of butter, blech.

I weighed in at 209.2 lbs. Im going to try to reach 138 lbs by next year. dont get discouraged by numbers on the scale alone. time an activity you do and look to improve. good luck everyone!!

@ Ashely starbucks Congrats I know that must feel super good. I myself and aiming to get back to my highschool weight which the lowest was 142.

@kristen-says omg I am super excited for you. I use to dream of being 120 but I know it is not for me to be that size. So what is next on your goal list? You are kicking major butt.

I am 194.2 so close to 193 so close. If I was to weigh myself tomorrow I know I would be 193. New workout seems to be helping so far emoticon

My weight stayed the same this week. I worked out and dieted super hard too. Well eat healthy like I plan to for the rest of the life. Upside I can see the weight loss.
