OZINBELG - I didn't open any "doors".. if you ride through the castle up to the left or right you get to flags I know that... The ruins I found completely by accident after committing suicide off a cliff a few times.

I did it! I completed the Expert course! 1st try I only got 13 flags and was on it 30 min. This morning was my 2nd try 49 min and 13 miles. LOL but it's done. I have to say.. i hate the beach area.. I was sure I could feel that bike riding through the sand.

I'm glad I read this, I didn't know about the "B" button as well.

What I have been doing to add into my Spark Fitness is going through the "manually add calories burned" button, then adding WiiFit Plus as the actual exercise and the time I spent in total. I haven't cycled through the cycling alone yet, only through a "My Wii Routine" when it popped up...it was driving me bananas too, so this seems to be the easiest way for me.

Hi, does anyone know how to open the doors at the hotel, the ruins (in the pit), the castle? It is driving me bananas. I've completed the Expert level and am doing the Free level, but there are clearly doors at these sites which are openable.

I did the advanced today for the first time.. took me over 5miles and 25min to get them all. Then I did the island view one and had to find 27 flags.. which only gave me 4 + miles and it was done in 20 min. tomorrow I will try the expert...

Looks like I was in the same boat with you... lol.

I did the cycling on the island today (1st time) and in the advanced ride, I too had trouble finding those dang last 2 flags.

When I finally did, it told me I went 8.686 miles to do it. UGGG!!! 31 whole minutes and boy did I have to Wii Wii when I finally got done. emoticon

I put mine as aerobics - low impact as well. I love island cycling also.

Since the Wii Fit Plus provides us with estimate calorie burn, I created a new 'favorite' in the SP fitness tracker for it & just enter the calories & minutes as given on Wii Fit.

I count my time as "aerobics - light impact" if I am working up a good sweat.

Thanks guys, but my question was more, how to input the my Wii activities into spark people fitness. What do I count the cycling as? Real cycling?
Also I didnt realize I could hit B and bank the points, thanks!
I did find the 2 flags, finally! My daughter helped me :)

I'm glad you brought this up cause I had a similar question.
with the WiiFitPlus, you can keep track of the free steps that you do each day by entering them into your WiiFitPlus calander.
How can you do this with your island cycling (like the time/distance.
I went around the different area's of the game but couldn't find where it was keeping my island cycling stats. It just tells me how many minutes of "training" that I completed for the day.

I'm still trying to find those 2 "stinking" flags that you mentioned. I went 45 minutes going around the island trying to find the last 2. The game actually wouldn't let me go past the 45 minute time saying I had "Timed out"...lol
Needless to say, I was cursing at my TV cause I was sooo close..haha

Good luck on finding those flags. If you find them before me, let me know (but don't tell me where you found them...hahaha)

If you press the "B" button it will ask you if you want to save your time spent to Fit Cash.

Or it tells you how many mets - you can add it onto fit cash as other exercise.

Keep persevering with the cycling, you'll get better each time - do you know that if you press the 1 button it zooms in and you can see where the flags are?

Ok, so I went cycling today on the island. Did the advanced ride, and had a heck of a time finding two stinking flags. Did almost 8 miles!
How do I track this in my fitness? I counted it as walking.
Any ideas?
