Never stop walking. Even if you have a set amount of walking you do everyday, walking at least a mile a day will keep you from getting too lazy or too stiff.

I started running! It has not helped my weight so much, but I AM smaller, healthier, happier, and look so much better!!

Retiring my inner child. Since she has been dissolved of the responsibility of looking after my life and weight loss issues, and my adult person has taken over I'm doing a lot better.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

Along with Donna, I think the water has made the biggest difference. I think part of that was giving up soda - I was a Dr. Pepper fiend but haven't had one since Oct. 18 - and replacing it with water.

Mine would be water --- my skin looks so much healthier & I feel better ----I used to only drink enough water to take my meds with, now I drink usually 10-12 cups per day.

If you have to pick just one thing(Notice it is just one, not 2 or more)that has benefited you the most on being healthier, what would you say is it?

I feel that giving up fast food has helped me the most. I feel a lot better and I am losing weight a lot faster which over all has benefited me in many health areas.

January 01, 2011. A new beginning. My long and short term goals:
1) Lose weight safely and permanantly
2) Live a healthier life to the best of my ability
3) Remove the buildup in my arteries
5) Get my HDL and LDL in good ranges .
6) to be atleast 224 by December 31, 2011
