Thanks, DDOORN.

ENDUROVET, wow 10 miles in an hour. As you can see the weather is sunny and about 45 degrees. How is the weather in Lancaster besides a stiff headwind coming from the N?

I guess we should have gotten DH a trike. He made to the gats today and back so he's doing better. I'm just enjoying getting out in the sunshine. We had a freeze last knight and rain coming Wed. so enjoying while we can. emoticon

Yeah, that's a great start Bobbi!
Hubby & I went out for our first group ride of 2020 with our Lancaster cycling group Saturday afternoon which was also (ahem) the first time I've had my trike out in 2020.
We did just under 10 mi in an hour, a pleasant ride although I'm out of shape & there was a stiff headwind coming from the N!

Dubby and I just went for our first rides yesterday Sun. 1/19/20. He is 80 and I'm 73 yrs. old. We tried it twice to see how far we could get. In the morning and evening.

Our driveway is about 0.20 tents of a mile back off the county road and I was able to make it to the gates up front and back to the house 0.40 tents, both times and Dubby made it almost half the distance. We haven't ridden for 27 years.

We just put our bikes together on Sat. They are 7-speed cruisers and we are still making adjustments on them. Pics of the bikes and the front gates.

You can see the house off to the left.

Normally I’m on the elliptical when not riding my bike, but will start getting back to spin class soon as this winter will be over before you know it and I want to be ready to hit the road!

Hello Cycling - Road, Mountain, Fun, Racing Community! My January is off to a great start. Right now I have a crazy work commute, but instead of making excuses, I've started fitting in some time on my rollers when I can. I've been riding 20 minutes three days/week. I'm hoping to increase it to 30 minutes 3/week. My goal is to fit in more miles than last January which was 44.5 miles (but I was unemployed at the time). I feel I'm off to a great start. I hope everyone else is getting some time on their bikes/trainers.
