Just curious; what adhesive are you using now? I also sweat a lot; need something that really holds and doesn't give off an odor. Thanks.

After months of toying with the idea of a full lace wig and crunching the numbers, I finally decided to buy one. I happened to get 2 because they were having a buy one, get one 1/2 off on this particular website.

I LOVE it!!!! It's super lightweight-way lighter than the regular wigs i'd been wearing-and very easy to install. My only problem was the first adhesive I bought didn't really work with my body chemistry and the humidity/heat of south texas, but once I changed it I've had no problems.

Prettyface7 I have also worn the one-minute weave. It is very comfortable and convenient.

I've never worn a lace wig, but love the hand tied ones. They're light and not hot at all, I just attach them with the combs provided and take them off each night. (I love to be able to run my hands through my own hair and scratch my scalp!!)
I wear my own hair cornrowed back. It has worked well for me.

Thank you for the information, I was hoping it would be better for my hair than wearing braids.

I know a few girls in Florida who are experiencing the lace wig. They love the way it looks, but one of the girls said the glue pulled her hair out in the front. One of the other girls said it is better than a weave or braids, but you must purchase a good grade of hair.
