Hard boiled eggs are a great snack as well as 1/2 Avocado. Need that protein or healthy fat to keep you full as well! :)

Yep, that Na content will get you. I had a lot of Na yesterday and I feel bloated today. I watched the Na today :) Janice

Here's a tread for healthy snack ideas for us night nurses!

I take seeds and nuts to snack on. My co-workers seem hooked on sunflower seeds. I work Psych. I take extra care with hand hygiene and "poof" the seeds in a cup to eliminate putting my hand to my mouth.

seeds and nuts are said to be healthy and boost metabolism, if you pick the right ones, but beware of sodium content.
