Wikipedia commons is royalty free. If you click on the pictures you are interested in they will show you the rights that the photographer has authorized. Some are open sourced (to the point they allow you to modify the picture and distribute it as you see fit) while others simply want recognition.

Hey,

Bodybuilding.com has a bunch of pictures for a lot of exercises. They have a "select a body part" section that you click on the muscles and it takes you to a big list of exercises and you can select from there. Some exercises have videos and some degree of guidance.

If you have a little patience you can try wikipedia commons also. Just search for the exercise you need and a picture for almost anything you can think of is in there.

Hi,
I've got a few workouts scribbled on paper, but want to give them away. So, i need to change my stick men to something more readable. My question is, does anyone know of a image base where i can find (preferably royalty free) drawings like these:
