SO IVE BEEN LOSING AND GAINING LOSING AND GAINING WEIGHT. 2015 I WAS AT 160 LBS BY 2016 I WAS 120 LBS SOMEHOW...??? EVER SINCE I WEAR WAIST TRAINERS AND BODY SHAPERS TO HELP MY FIGURE GET A FIGURE........ HOWEVER!.... I WANT TO CUT THE CRAP AND JUST HAVE THE BODY I DREAM OF ALREADY!!! SO.... HAS ANYONE MANAGED TO GO THROUGH A TRANSFORMATION OF THIS TYPE? I WANT TO KNOW TIPS, WORKOUT TIPS & ROUTINES, DIETS THAT WORK..... ANYTHING THAT HAS WORKED FOR YOU, IF YOUVE BUILT YOURSELF SOME CURVES!!!! PLEASE & THANK YOU!! xoxox emoticon emoticon
