i don't mind the salt water flush but i know many others like you that have a hard time with it. i've never done an herbal tea laxative and my mom is the one who actually told me about the calm product. i know it's not called for in the book but momma knows best right? lol. yeah, i love it b/c it has a little bit of a flavor diff from the lemonade and def is "calming" before bed.

i didn't make my cleanse but only a couple days in but with more talk on this team i'm thinking of giving another go at it in a few days :) i just need to take more time to mentally prepare myself for it.

I use the senna tea morning and evening. I hate the SWF. I can hardly get it down and then I have such a violent response to it. The book says it's fine to just do the tea twice, so that's what I do. And it's nice to have a drink that tastes like something other than lemonade.

i've attempted the cleanse before and only made it 6 days. i let the smell of food get the best of me. i will say that even though my first day was a bit rough emotionally (i quit smoking too, lol) i'm feeling really good this morning and hoping that i can be determined enough to do this. :) i was curious though...what does everyone's choice for the laxative? i plan on doing a salt water flush every few days and taking a product called "calm" before bed.

:)
