The best suggestion I have is to make sure that the amount of training you are doing (both minutes and calories if you know both) are inputted into your "diet goals". SP will automatically adjust your calorie range to adapt to the amount of exercise that you're doing.

Also, if you feel truly hungry on your training days and have already filled up to your calorie limit, go ahead and have a wholesome snack. One day being below your calories or one day being over isn't going to make the difference - what matters is your overall intake and expenditures. As long as you average within your calorie range and average your goal calories burned in the week then you are on the right track :)

I was wondering about daily caloric recommendations. When i consume 1500 calories and burn 400 calories at the gym my net "total" caloric intake is 1100 calories, is that not putting my body in starvation mode? Basically should i consume more calories on training days to avoid sending my body into starvation mode?!!
