After a day of prep and hosting for a baby shower on Saturday, I needed a bit of a mind shift after everyone left. Did 20 minutes of YWA (Dedicate Day 23 - Joyful). That was just right.

I intended to do yoga for ten minutes after my circuit workout but ended up going for 20 minutes.

Now for some mediation for the mind shift!

I want to use my hula hoop every day, so have set the intention for the winter months of 10 minutes per day. It is pretty easy to fit it in that way - and pretty hard to tell myself I couldn't find the time. So far it has been working quite well! It doesn't seem like much, but it is about an hour per week of hooping I would not have done otherwise!
