I will combine yesterday's challenge (10 minute moments) with today's and try to eat mindfully and chew thoroughly, as well as get in some movement (just not sure what, yet). I did not get enough sleep last night, so I am also planning on a 10 minute nap this afternoon.

Aim for the one that you rarely do.

Chew your food. No really, really chew each bite to avoid stomach aches and bloat.
Sit down to eat. but not in front of the tv or computer.
Drink enough water. Keep a bottle with you all day and refill it.
Move throughout the day. Don't let an hour go by without getting up and moving around or stretching.
Go to bed. At a decent time. Sleep helps so many aspects of our life.
