I checked out Lumowell for the first time. Not sure about this CGI, and there is no transition time between exercises, so I kept having to pause or back up the video.

Check out this Spark article with links to online workout sites. Take a gander, pick one you've never tried before. It can be easy breezy if you need it or a little more challenging than you're used to. Any time you try a new workout, your body starts to change a little.
