Stayed in calorie range, and got precious granny/baby time. Kiddo and his wife think I'm helping them out, but taking baby off their hands for a couple hours is a total win for me!

Catching up with gardening after a run of record-breaking heat here in the U.K., when it was way too hot to be outdoors. Cooler today but we need rain.

Happy Friday all emoticon Got in so far today 35 mins of yoga, 10 mins of weights and 10 mins of meditation. Will do walk later today 3-4 miles.

I rejoined the gym on Wednesday and got a good upper body strength training workout. Tomorrow I am going to go, walk on the treadmill then do lower body and core.
