Stopped at the grocery store yesterday to replenish my stock of fresh fruit. That ought to hold me for the next several days. Unfortunately, DH also stopped at the store and brought home chips and dessert bars.

Good timing, Kellie!
I have been somewhat sedentary this summer (long story) but today I add 10, plus 10 more, and so on. I signed up for a 5 km charity walk. This will be a good kickstart to my fitness plan for the fall (starting Monday) and will also be a good test to see how much strength and balance I have retained (or lost)!

On the pantry front, I realized something just this morning while doing the food tracking I forgot to do last night. For years (literally) my go-to snack has been an apple. Over the summer this habit changed and my go-to snack became goldfish crackers. I am not sure how it happened, but now that I have become awakened to the fact, it is going to change!
