We did a lower body workout at our circuit training class yesterday, so I am going to stick with yoga today. I had a 75 minute class this morning and it was heavenly!

Create a strong base and burn more calories by working your large muscle groups. Strong lower body muscles:

lead to better cardiovascular health
increases metabolism which helps burn more fat
creates strong glutes and hamstrings, creating a nice backside
work your core. your core works at keeping your spine aligned and your upper body straight during leg work
