I plan on going to the fitness center for two rounds of a brisk walk on the treadmill and using the rowing machine. I'll alternate my walking speed when on the treadmill and the intensity on the rowing machine.

Our bodies respond when we change things up a bit every once in a while.

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: November 14th is Loosen Up, Lighten Up Day. Take a time out, let the usual annoyances roll off your back to be free of the release of those dreaded stress hormones that negatively impact our blood pressure, weight and sleep patterns.
