I like the hamstring curl. I'll do some stretching tonight too. I have been having nightly cramping in my feet and lower legs. Maybe this will help.

I did a vigorous lower body workout yesterday, so my legs are a bit sore and tired.
Both of these - the hamstring move and the 1-mile walk - will be good for me today.

Try this hamstring curl move throughout the day for a little cardio, hamstring strength and quad stretch... all in one move.

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Walk a mile. According to Livestrong.com.... Along with activating your circulatory and cardiovascular system, walking helps to strengthen your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core.

Getting some fresh air outside improves self esteem, boost blood flow to the brain and watching people, places and things in your neighborhood, is better than watching TV.

If the weather is not cooperative, try the Jessica Smith One Mile Walk and Talk video about gratitude and goals.
