My new-to-me chili recipe didn't turn out so well. I'll go back to my tried and true chili after I eat 10 days worth of this stuff. It was worth a try.

Contractors here right now--the buzzing is fuzzying! Going to get in 20 minutes of Cardio, Now!
I wonder if there are Audio Cardio's out there--I don't jump up and down and watch TV at the same time--have enough trouble with walking and chewing gum. Hmmm. Maybe a little too much caffeine in the coffee this a.m.

Contractors coming today to start replacing siding ... playing this day as it comes! I do have Pilates class this evening. We are using the big balls! Always fun!

Step outside your comfort level by....

- Pick a new-to-you workout. If you pick a cardio video and don't know or can't keep up with the steps, march in place or step side to side, swinging your arms to keep your heart rate up while watching the video to learn it a bit so you may keep up the next time you try it.

Don't stress if you're not getting the steps, laugh it up while jumping around trying to keep up. You're still moving and still burning calories while learning something new.

-pick a new-to-you recipe. Search SparkPeople recipes for a food you like, for example.. chicken, soup, eggs, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc to find a new-to-you recipe and make your shopping list.
