Work that upper body whether a few seconds at a time, a move or two through the day or a full video workout. A strong upper body helps us in every day activities, improves metabolism and improves our performance in other workout.

A few seconds at a time...

do a couple pushups off your desk or kitchen counter. Watch your form, straight line from head to toe, no sagging hips or rounded back.

Do something nice for someone in your life that inspires you.

Above all, be your own motivator. Decide that you are worth taking care of and feed yourself healthy food, take yourself for a walk, go to bed early etc.
