I am staying off FaceBook and avoiding the news today. Because FB picks up the posts that draw the most reactions, that typically means they pull up the most polarizing posts because people comment on things they feel strongly about. This is stressing me out.

So, I'm going to pour a second cup of coffee, listen to the cardinals and robins singing in my trees, and take a day off from the name callers and finger pointers.
