Sneak in several rounds of body weight exercises throughout the day. Burn a few calories all day long and increase your strength

You can keep it as simple....

-getting up and down from a chair a few extra times
-if you have a swivel chair, pick your feet up and swivel back and forth using your abs
-while brushing your teeth, contract your abs, then your glutes
-grab a couple beverage bottles and do some bicep and tricep work
-when sitting, lift one leg at at time with your knee bent, but REALLY focus on your thigh muscle to lift, pull your abs in.

Before bed, stretch everything out..
