I really have to work on taking posture breaks. The way my home workstation is set up makes it difficult to find the sweet spot while wearing my glasses, so I end up craning my neck awkwardly sometimes.

My end of day commute usually involves a walk around the park and cleaning the cat litter box. Kind of like regular life.

the rear lunge was something my physical therapist prescribed me to do as part of my physical therapy after locking up my IT band. I have to regularly work on strengthening my hips and glutes to prevent that from coming back.

Do what you can for your fitness level. Stand near a wall for the bicep curl exercise if balance is an issue for you.
