I did lots of walking today and we split firewood all afternoon. Getting ready for next winter.

I'm going to do the full body workout tomorrow since its supposed to rain. Today was sunny so I couldn't resist getting in my 8 mile run/walk.

I did check out the healthy swaps and making my shopping list for tomorrow.
