Big positive today. Achieved a hilly cross country walk I haven't been able to do for some time.

The positive/negative list is a hit with me. Helped me to focus in on my feeling and realize I need to be more positive. I can't be in control of everything so may as well stop trying and move on.

Facebook has become a land mine of negative vitriol, so, to protect myself from so much negativity, I don't scroll through anymore. I look up specific people I want to touch base with. The rest is just so distressing and upsetting. I have even put a 30-day block on some friends who forgot how to be kind.

The last three articles I read dealt with
-surviving trauma
-an obese golden retriever loses 100 lb
-the great horned owl

No celebrity gossip or politics

I did a pro and con list debating if I should move or not. it was pretty even. It will depend on if I find the right place.
