I put a yoga for focus on my list for my lunchtime workout. Today's going to be a busy day, working on some boring yet challenging projects, so I'm anticipating the need to focus, and refocus.

Time to pick a new activity, strength or cardio or both. Keep those muscles and your metabolism fired up by changing it up. Trying a new workout is also great for building brain cells! Learning something new is great for the brain.
