I thought I'd die the first time I did the Super Hula Hoop, but now it's one of my favs. I can really tell I'm getting my heart rate up and working my thighs and waist.

I am not real coordinated in this one and have trouble with it. I think I will give it another try however since I have been working out with ea active maybe my strength is better. emoticon

You could always do the regular hula hoop every other day and go in the awkward direction to get used to it.

That 10 minute version is a killer! I never get used to it. It is my abs and side/ribs that feel it the most. Great score you got!

Not bad at all! Way to go! I find it much easier to go in one direction, but the other feels awkward to me. I wish I could do the harder one first when I'm not so tired, but unfortunately it's the second half that's the harder direction for me. And ten minutes seems like FOREVER! lol

Tonight I attempted the 10 minute Super Hula Hoop (I only recently unlocked it). Holy cow! I can feel the burn already in my thighs. I am going to be so sore tomorrow. *lol*

I did manage 3178 spins though...not bad for a first attempt :)
