I missed my goal by 5 minutes. I only had time this morning to do 10 minutes and had intended to get back to it this afternoon. I only had get on that treadmill for 5 more minutes and I didn't do it!!
And it's 10 to 11 at night now and I'm not going to do it now. Oh well, I will do it next week!

I'll shoot for 150 minutes, as I came up short last week.

Sun - 30 minutes
Mon - 25 minutes
Tue - 0
Wed - 40 minutes
Thu - 0
Fri - 30 minutes
Sat - 45 minutes

My goals this week are at least 10 minutes of some form of excercise 6 days of the week including 3 cardio/interval workouts, 2 yoga/strength/stretching.
Sun - 45 minutes on treadmill, 2.7 miles.
Mon - 30 minutes of WiiFit Yoga
Wed - 45 minutes treadmill, intervals, 3 miles
Sat - 60 minutes treadmill, intervals, 3.4 miles

My goals this week are: at least 15 minutes of walking on the treadmill every day. At least 6 strength training exercises every day Monday to Friday.
Sun:20 minutes on treadmill, stretching
Mon:20 minutes on treadmill, 9 strength training exercises for lower body, stretching
Tue:25 minutes on treadmill, 10 strength training exercises for upper body, stretching
Wed:20 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for core, stretching
Thu:15 minutes on treadmill, 7 strength training exercises for lower body, stretching
Fri:15 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for upper body, stretching
Sat:10 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for core, stretching

Still have Saturday to finish up, will be done by mid-afternoon, please don't post too early, Monica, I am pretty sure to reach all my goals this week.

My indoor rowing competition is in two weeks and I need to get faster, stronger and lighter. I need to be under 135 pounds to compete in the lightweight division, no big worries if I don't make it, but I only have a few pounds to lose and two weeks to lose it in, should be reasonably possible. These next two weeks I will be tracking everything I eat.
