I almost made it! I slept in Saturday morning so didn't have time first thing to walk on the treadmill. I still walked 8724 steps but not on the treadmill. I'm still very consistent so I'm happy.
I know myself and if I set my goal as walking 6 days a week then I'll take a day off from it every week!!

Walk for at least 15 minutes a day, strength training at least 5 days this week.
Sun: Walked for 25 minutes on treadmill, stretching
Mon: Walked for 25 minutes on treadmill, 9 strength training exercises for lower body, stretching
Tue: Walked for 15 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for upper body, stretching
Wed: Walked for 15 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for core, stretching
Thu: Walked for 15 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for lower body, stretching
Fri: Walked for 15 minutes on treadmill, 8 strength training exercises for upper body, stretching
Sat:No exercise today!

I usually aim for 120 minutes. This week, I will go for 150.
Monday - 15 mins
Tuesday - 35 mins
Wednesday - 15 mins
Friday - 27 mins
Saturday 24 mins
Total 116 - Didn't make my goal of 150 minutes but managed to squeeze in workouts on 5 days so actually happy with that!

My goal is 220 fitness minutes this week.

Sun: 58 min walk/run on treadmill
Mon: 30 min shoveling snow
Tue: 21 min walk/run on treadmill
Wed: 32 min walk on treadmill
Thu: 45 min walk/run on treadmill
Fri: 40 min walk on treadmill
