Came pretty close to meeting my goals. The water was good but fell down on the fruit. Did better with the vegetables.

Met my goal on 2 days, but overall a big improvement from last week. Lots more variety in my fruits and veggies. As well - no diet coke, no coffee and 2 DAYS SUGAR-FREE!

At least 8 cups of water per day:
Sun:8
Mon:10
Tue:8
Wed:8
Thu:8
Fri:8
Sat:8

At least 2 fruits & 2 veggies per day:
Sun:2 servings of raisins, 2 servings of carrots
Mon:banana, apple, 2 servings of orange pepper
Tue:broccoli, lettuce, tomato, onion
Wed:zucchini (2 servings), orange pepper, onion, celery
Thu:small orange, zucchini, orange pepper, onion, celery
Fri:2 servings of lettuce & tomato, 4 servings of cooked cauliflower, 2 servings of raisins
Sat:no fruit, 2 veggies

My goal this week is NO FAST FOOD! (had been doing well until this past, very busy week)
And to eat 3 fruits/veggies every day.
Mon - 2 servings of broccoli
Tues - squash, berries
Wed - berries - SUGAR FREE DAY
Thur - had fast food - One Harvey's hamburger, no fries and no diet coke though - SUGAR FREE DAY
Fri - fruit smoothie - blueberries, mango, raspberries and bananas, cabbage
Saturday - sweet potato, bok choy, carrots

My goal is to drink 64 oz of water on four days this week.

Sun: 24 oz water
Mon: 40 oz water
Tue: 56 oz water
Wed: 32 oz water
Thu: 48 oz water
Fri: 64 oz water
Sat: 16 oz water
