Ok, I completed 8.9 walking/jogging miles and a swim workout, so I am going to say that that equals 10miles! Also completed 184 workout minutes which is my highest weekly total of the month.

The weekly exercise post.

1.) Post your exercise goals for the week.

2.) Post the days of the week.

3.) Come back and enter your exercises by simply clicking "edit"

4.)At the end of the week let us know how you did. Did you meet or exceed your goals? Did you fall short of the goal?

5.) You will get an "award" for your efforts.

Arriving at one goal is the starting point to another.
