My nutrition goals this week are to make some adjustments to my nutrients. I would like to decrease my sodium, meet my fiber target and increase my healthy fats, while decreasing the unhealthy fats.
Sunday- lets call it a write-off (2 donuts) and start on Monday...
Monday - S (sodium), F (fiber) HF (Healthy Fats)
Tues - S, F, HF
Wed - S, F, HF
Thurs - S, F, HF
Fri - S, F, HF
Sat - S, F, HF

Nutrition goals
At least 1 fruit and 4 servings of veggies a day
No sugar

SFeb21 orange 3-servings-greek-salad snappy-bean-salad squash-carrot soup no-sugar
MFeb22 orange apple broccoli cauliflower green-beans tomato no-sugar
TFeb23 orange tomato green-salad no-sugar
WFeb 24 orange apple 2-servings-broccoli green-beans tomato no-sugar
TFeb25 orange redcabbage tomato greensalad redpepper no-sugar
FFeb26 orange redcabbage tomato 2servingspeas nosugar
I did have a jam and peanut butter sandwich, but I don't count that as sugar unless I eat more than one serving in a day while I would count any cookie or cake or icecream as and end to my sugarless streak
