I met my sugar free goal this week

Almost had a ginger ale-green tea soda at the soccer tournament, I was thinking green tea, then remembered of course it is a soda with tons of sugar

I know it is sort of cheating that I am posting this part way through the week, but I want to post a 3-day challenge for myself. No sugar and try to go gluten-free as well from wed-fri.

Wed - Fri - Sugar free - YAY
Gluten free - 80% wheat-free - but I think that's ok
McDonalds-free
Coffee-free

burn, sorry Monica, visions of sugarplums always dance in my head, I guess I have a way to go in terms of the right attitude to food as nutrition instead of as a (gluttonous) pleasure. I dream when I am at my goal weight I can eat these things instead of that I really don't need to eat them.

My goal this week is to abstain from sweets the entire week. I will be on travel from Wed - Sat, so I need some extra focus while I am away from home. I am curious to learn about Germany cuisine on this trip.
