My goal is 10 miles and one swim workout
Sun - 4 miles
Mon - 3 miles
Wed - 2 miles
Fri - 2 miles
Sat - a swim workout
Total miles - 11 miles. Total fitness minutes for the week 235 - a record for me!

My goal this week is 120 fitness minutes
Sun -
Mon - 30 minute run.
Tues - 41 minutes 4.03 miles
5 minute walk
Wed. - 7 minute walk
Thurs - 52 minutes 5.15 mile run
7 minutes cool down walk .40 miles
Fri. 30 minutes run 20/walk 10 2.79 miles
Sat.

Sun: 87 min run/walk outside (7.9 mi)
Mon: 30 min walk on treadmill
Tue: rest
Wed: rest
Thu: SP 15-minute desk workout
