I actually got in 13.5 miles this week, even when it was a very busy week. So glad to have the weather a little nicer!

This week I met 2/5 of my goals

I met the swim (2/2) and run(3/3) goals

I came short in interval erging (1/3), strength training (2/3) and total minutes (420/500).

I have a crazy busy week - out every evening, so I will be happy with a couple of lunch-time walks.
Sunday - 40 minute walk with dog
Monday - walk at lunch, plus parked 1 mile away - 75 min
Wednesday - 2 miles
Friday - 2 miles
Saturday - 3.5 miles

I will do 180 fitness minutes this week.

Sun: 30 minute walk with family
Mon: casual walk around neighborhood
Tue: 36 min run/walk outside
Wed: 38 min walk outdoors
Thu: 30 min run/walk on treadmill
Fri:
