I did my cardio 5/7 days (150 minutes), which is good for me, but my goal was 6/7, had my 2 PT sessions - at least 1 hr each (which are essentially strength training for my lower body), but didn't do any upper body ST, so I'll consider that moderate success for the week.

I met all my goals this week

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

My goals for the week
Shooting for 250 fitness minutes this week!
Sun - 65 minutes - Swimming
Monday - 45 - cycling
Tues - 35 mins - walking 2 miles (parked far away)
Wed
Thurs
Fri - 65 minutes, - treadmill interval workout

Total 205 minutes - didn't quite make my goal of 250 but previously my goal was always 120 minutes per week. I want to get in the habit of having it be more than 200 though, so this is a start.

My Goals for the week are:
Exercise at least 30 minutes 6 of 7 days
Start physical therapy (PT)w/ 2 sessions this week
Pick some new exercises & do 2 upper body/core ST sessions

S-4 (none)
M-5 (30 minutes on ellip AM + stretching +1 hr PT)
T-6 (30 minutes on ellip + stretching) sore from PT! :0)
W-7 (30 min ellip + stretching)
T-8 (25 min ellip + 15 min easy treadmill + stretching)
F-9 (20 min ellip + 5 min treadmill + stretch + 1.25 hr PT)
S-10 (none)

This week I am going for 220 fitness minutes. I keep missing that number so I think it is a good challenge total for me.

Sun: 90 min run/walk (8.4 mi)
Mon: off
Tue: 45 min run/walk on treadmill
Wed: off
Thu: 45 min run/walk outside (4 mi)
Fri: 40 min walk outside
