Wow! Great job everyone! You all are such a positive push for me.

I met most of my goals...

2 1-hr sessions of PT (met goal)- kind of a no-brainer, but it is work emoticon


185 total hours of exercise (150 on elliptical) (met goal of 175 min and was active 6/7 days with goal of 5/7)

1 upper body strength training (goal was 2)

Next week's plan will ensure that I get that 2nd day of strength. emoticon

I met all my goals this week

- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

I exceeded my goal: 206/200 minutes. And this was a super tough work week so I am extra proud of my accomplishment. :)

My goal is 200 minutes this week as well
Sun - 60 min
Mon - 35 min treadmill
Tues - 35 min walk at lunch
Wed
Thurs
Fri
Sat - 35 min treadmill am and 50 min exercise bike pm
TOTAL 215 - passed my goal - YAY!

My goal is 200 minutes this week.

Sun: 50 min run/walk outside (4.5 mi)
Mon: 35 min walk outside
Tue: 49 min run/walk outside (4.4 mi)
Wed: 19 min walk outside
Thu: 30 min run/walk on treadmill (2.2 mi)
Fri: 23 min walk outside

My goals:

Cardio (mostly elliptical) for a min of 5/7 days and a min total of 175 minutes. (I did 150 last week.)
M-T-W-Th-F

2 physical therapy sesssions - Mon & Fri

Upper body strength training - 2 days/7 (Sun-Th)

S-11 (none)
M-12 1 hr PT, 20 min elliptical, 10 min trdm, 1/2 mile walk to mailbox with my favorite dog 10 min + upper body strength training 20 min
T-13 3 miles outside at park & home - approx 45 min
W-14 25 min elliptical + 20 min treadmill
T-15 25 min ellip + 20 min tread + stretch
F-16 20 min ellip + 10 min tread + stretch + 1 hr PT
S-17 Worked for 6 hours helping DH clean out/organize his barn
